Seloc Asset Management Limited formed in February 2015 and under the Directors management, the company has expanded rapidly and now manages over 210 individual developments.

The Role:

- In all areas, ensure that the compay policies and procedures are consistently applied to required standadrds

- To ensure the cyclical taks and reactive works are accomplished on time, liaising with all internal departments as required

- To monitor and achieve key performance indicator targets, for example on topics such as arrears, quality audits, etc

- to monitor and maintain the accounts function of allocated Estate Managers portfolio. Ensuring it is current and accurate at all times.

- To liaise with Estate Managers and prepare any information they require

- To maintain an up to date Plan of Action, ensuring all items are actioned and tracked to resolution

- To report to the CEO and Directors, as so instructed, on a regular basis covering all matters relating to each estate

- To ensure that the financial aspect of each estate is effectively mananged. Monitoring monthly any low in funds blocks

- To authorise and pay all contractor invoices within an acceptable time frame. Ensuring the system and bank is updated accordingly

- To monitor and maintain all owners accounts. Regularly updating payments made via BACS, card or cheques

- To reconcile allocated portfolio bank accounts. Ensuring all data is correct

- To prepare, review and implement annual budgets for each estate, ensuring that each budget is approved and demands are issued on time

- To undertae regular income and expenditure reviews (Monthly/Quarterly) of expenditure versus budget to ensure the financial health of each estate. Identify any financial issues and implement corrective measures where required. Raising admin fees and levies where necessary

- To ensure the annual accounts are accurate and completed on time and to prepare necessary commentary where appropriate

- To liaise with Head of Accounts and assist with any works necessary at their discretion to compile end of year accounts

- To provide excellent customer service and achieve customer satisfaction

- Excellent communication output - to produce quality correspondence to Directors and Residents that is professional, mistake free and easy to understand

- Excellent communication practices - to respond to correspondence/customer contact in a timely manner

- To maintain excelling client relationships, especially with Directors

- To manage hard and soft copy data and emails, ensuring all client files are up to date and stored appropriately

- To work, if requested, with Management to ensure marketing and customer service statistics and new client data for the department are captured and analysed

- To undertake any other task reasonably requested by the company to assist in the progression of transactions in a timely manner from initial instruction to closure of the file

- To conduct a workload in an efficient, commercially (financially and with risk management) aware and professional manner

- To maintain personal targets and assist with the department obtaining department billing targets

- To provide a photograph and personal data for the company's wensite and/or marketing initiatives and/or security pass

- To co-operate with any H&S Assessments

- To assist and help the company to maintain its accreditation to regulatory bodies and maintain personal professional accreditations/franchises and obtain new accreditations as appropriate

- To work with the business' computer systems to maximise their efficiency


·         Daily / Weekly sales ledger posting

·         Daily / Weekly sinking fund reconciliation

·         Banking of all cheques

·         Month / Quarter end

·         Year ends

·         Debtor chasing both service charge & ground rent and making notes on each account

·         Issuing non payers to PDC and maintaining list

·         Monthly financial reporting for both in house & board meetings

·         Raising all admin fees and making sure invoices are sent to Karen

·         Sending all service charge & ground rent demands at least 30 days before payment is due email those you can and post those you can’t.

·         Supplier invoice posting once authorised by the estate manager

·         Supplier payments

·         Daily post

·         General admin

·         Monthly stationery

·         Monthly postage charging

·         Support CEO and Estate Manger when needed
